This page under construction This home is due to be completed mid-March 2012. It will sleep 20 people. Mason Oaks area. Custom built home designed for retreats, small family reunions. For more information please call Penny @ 918 948 4991 This home will have 3 levels and views galore. The main level has open living-dining-kitchen. Master bedroom will have king bed, master bath will have whirlpool tub, and separate walk in shower. Also on top level 2 sets of bunk beds will be included. Second bedroom in loft will have 2 queens. Basement bedroom will have two twins. In the loft there is an area with another bunk bed and a trundle bed, and another full bath. Two living areas and game room will have sectionals with sleeper sofas. 2 car garage. 2 laundry rooms. 7 person hot tub and outside shower area. On demand hot water assures enough for all guests at any time. The home will have high speed internet throughout. The bottom deck will be covered, with a section screened off to include patio furniture and grill area. Downstairs will be a game room with ping pong, pool and shuffleboard. Home will have surround sound, big screen TV's with DVD's and VCR movies provided. Also downstairs is another living area with kitchenette, and a meditation room. Both levels will have fireplace/wood burning stove. The bottom level can serve as a safety area in case of storms. There will be a sandy play area, but the beach is pebble. A four stall boat dock will have a pontoon boat that can be rented separately by the day at $450/day. Owner says good fishing year round off dock for crappie, seasonal bass and catfish, etc. The parking will be a concrete driveway, with a basketball court area off to the side. Currently you can't swim off the dock, but plans are to include a swim platform asap. This will be our premier showcased vacation home on Lake Eufaula up on top of Brooken Mountain in the Brooken Hills addition.
