We require a minimum of 2 night stay.

Our cancellation policy states we need 30 days notice before you are due to arrive.  If you cancel within 30 days before you are due to arrive, $100.00 will be charged for administrative fees.

All reservations must be pre-paid in full before the date you are due to arrive either by Visa or MasterCard.  We authorize for at least 1/2 of the total at the time of reservation.  For reservations made within 30 days from the date you are due to arrive we will need the full amount authorized at time of reservation.

From April 1 - October 31st check in time is 4pm.  Checkout is 11am.  During late fall and winter, these times can be more flexible.  If you'd like to arrive early or check out late, please call 918 452-2427 to see if that can be arranged.

The pet fee is $55 and is a one time fee per stay, per animal.  The fee is non refundable and is applied to our cleaning bill for hair removal to bedspreads, linens, carpets, and upholstery.  We hope you understand!
