Next door to La Playa, this spacious 4 bedroom home has a view of the lake from almost every room. The living room has a large screen TV and there is internet access available. A picturesque view of the lake from living and dining area adds a special ambience.

Upgraded appliances throughout kitchen. Master bedroom has king size bed, TV and a grand view of the lake. In the kids room the trundle bed pulls out so that 2 guests can occupy that room. Two other bed rooms have queen size beds. Home has 2 full baths.

This home sleeps 10 with the inclusion of a sleeper sofa and there's and extra air mattress in the closet if needed.

**4 person hot tub outside. The yard is fenced and there's a huge carport , and an inviting porch with grill off to side of the home.

For groups of 18-20 this home can be rented in combination with La Playa and is comparable to our popular Triplex.

The beach is almost a mile long, with boat ramp right out in front. A fireworks show on July the 4th can be viewed from the porch.
